In the spirit of its strategic commitment and corporate culture, which includes responsibility to the wider community, OMV Serbia has become a partner of the “Golden Heart” Club, of SOS Children's Village Serbia. Wishing to bring the holiday spirit closer to the children, the employees of OMV Serbia spent time socializing with them. With a nice interactive play featuring children as well to the actors, OMV representatives presented New Year's gifts to the children and had a nice day with them at SOS Children's Village in Kraljevo.

As the first and most important program of the SOS Children's Village Serbia, this organization provides long-term, ongoing support for children without parental care until their independence, and OMV has become part of a team that helps change the lives of hundreds of children across Serbia and give them the opportunity for a better future.

“The spirit of joy and presenting gifts during the holidays is an ideal opportunity to express care for sensitive categories of society, and children have always been the focus of our attention. The organization SOS Children's Village Serbia has been helping children in Serbia since 2004, and we are therefore pleased for the opportunity to support the noble goals of their “Golden Heart” Club,” says OMV Serbia Retail Manager Nikola Bozalo.

OMV Serbia has also joined cooperation with the Club by making opportunity for SOS Children's Villages Foundation representatives to be available at OMV retail outlets as well. Anyone who wants to join this initiative through donations can also do so at selected OMV stations, and information on the availability of SOS teams can be found on the SOS Children's Villages Serbia website.

Since its start of business in Serbia, OMV for many years had a successful collaboration with the SOS Children's Village Foundation in Serbia, which included donations and support for various initiatives and projects of this organization.

The SOS Children's Village Serbia Foundation, which aims to keep families together, is a member of the International Organization of SOS Children's Villages founded in 1949. The organization today supports more than 1,200,000 people in 136 countries and territories, with the mission of forming a family for children in need, helping to build their futures and develop the communities in which they live. The unique concept of caring for children without parental care the SOS Children's Village Serbia Foundation allows children to grow up in a family environment and for biological siblings to stay together.
