Saving time with new services at OMV filling stations

• OMV Serbia saves time to its customers with its new offer of the additional services
• On OMV filling stations customers can now exchange foreign currencies, send parcels, pay for insurance, buy tickets for events and use the services of the lottery

OMV Serbia has introduced a range of new additional services to make it possible for its customers to better plan business and private activities, save time and therefore money. Since recently on certain filling station customers can use the currency exchange services, pick-up and deliver parcels, buy UNIQUA insurance, buy tickets for various events, and use the services of the State Lottery of Serbia.

Extending the offer at its filling stations OMV Serbia has enabled customers to buy tickets for more than 20,000 concerts, sports, cultural and other events in Serbia and Europe during one year. In cooperation with Eventim recently at all OMV stations has started working sales points for buying tickets for different events covered by this famous European agent.

In order to meet various customer requirements, especially from travellers from abroad OMV has recently prepared a service at certain filling stations along highway and in some cities where consumers can use the entire exchange services, with trained workers done in cooperation with VIP exchange offices.

"While pouring fuel and taking a break from driving at VIVA restaurants, from now on our customers can also try their luck. We have prepared in cooperation with State Lottery of Serbia a new service on OMV filling stations – lottery ticket sale where customers can buy Bingo, Lotto and scratchcards. For now, the service is available at four filling stations: OMV Krnjaca 1, OMV Ada Ciganlija, OMV Juri Gagarin i OMV Knezevac", said Services and Logistic Manager at OMV Serbia Senida Radosavljevic.

On 24 OMV filling stations in Serbia, it is possible to buy vouchers for UNIQA travel insurance - individual and family, as well as roadside assistance. UNIQA travel insurance covers usual medical services during the stay in European countries for the period of 15 days and the sum insured up to EUR 10,000. When it comes to roadside assistance it covers up to two insured events during the year.

In cooperation with City Express OMV Serbia has introduced a new service that allows customers to take over and deliver parcels at filling stations. As Radosavljevic explains, for now, the service is available at fourteen filling stations. Reception of parcels is available each working day from Monday to Friday from 0 to 24 hours. This service enables quick parcel delivery, within 24h from filling stations to the recipient's address or vice versa.
